The online purchasing procedure is very simple. It is necessary to register on the portal, choose the type of ticket to purchase, and then go to our ticket offices at with the confirmation email or the QR code on your smartphone and you will receive your ski pass.
If you want to make other purchases in the future, you can avoid registering your personal data again: the system will memorize them and allow a faster and easier procedure.
The system will still send you a receipt email.
If it is a purchase without indicating a Keycard number, present the receipt at the ticket office to collect your ticket on a Keycard (a deposit of €5 is required). The system will send a confirmation email to the address used for registration which contains the information relating to the purchase (ticket header, ticket type, fare).
In the event of accident or illness, a refund may be granted. The calculation of the refund is based on the price of the skiing days that have already passed. If the ski pass is deposited after 10:00 a.m., the day will be deducted. In any case, a certificate issued by a local doctor or hospital or the accident report of the slope service must be presented for the refund.
No reimbursement will be made for day tickets. There is no entitlement to a refund in the event of interruption of operations, bad weather, closure of slopes, suspension of operations due to weather conditions, or early departure.
The ski pass is valid for the period chosen at the time of purchase.
